FAQs about Our Orlando Car Seat Rental Service

How do I get my rental from P&K Family Rentals???
  • Don't worry about a thing, let us do the work, you Relax! We will drop your Orlando car seat rental off to your vacation home, Hotel, Condo or Airport. There is no extra fee for delivery or return. If staying at a Hotel you will just need to inform the front desk at check in that you have a rental waiting for you. Each rental will have your Name tagged to the rental and dropped off by noon on the delivery day unless arranged otherwise. If delivering to a rental house or condo we will coordinate drop off when we call to confirm. Some rental equipment we cannot leave outside unsecured.  Effective September 1, 2013 If delivery/pickup is to a Disney Resort we personally meet you at the Resort Front Desk to give you your rental items. We will show you how to use it and answer any questions you may have about it. Rentals will on longer be left with Bell Services at the Disney Resorts.

Do you Delivery Car Seats or Stroller Rentals to the Orlando Airport?
  •   Yes, and with no additional delivery fees. No matter what day or time your flight arrives, we will be there. We do require a minimum rental purchase of $60 to delivery to MCO. We will only delivery to the Orlando International airport, we do not deliver to Sanford Airport. Please try to reserve at least 2 weeks in advance so we can guarantee we are able to accommodate your needs however last minute reservations are always welcome. 

How does Airport Delivery Work?​
  •   When you make your reservation online you will need to include your flight information including flight number and car rental company. This can be done on the check out page in the comments section. We track your flight. Once you have landed retrieve your baggage, proceed to your car rental company to complete your paperwork. Once complete, your rental company will direct you to pick up your vehicle. There we will be waiting where you pick up your car to install the car seats in your for you. Our premium service means you never have to carry your car seats anywhere. For pick up it is the same process. We will be there when you return your vehicle to remove the seats. Important Travel Tip.... Most major car rental companies off a free member rewards program. Sign up and you are able to bypass the car rental line. During busy travel times we have seen lines at the car rental counters to sign paperwork to be 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours long. It will save you a lot of time!

Can I make a reservation over the phone?
  • Absolutely! It's just as easy to make a reservation over the phone as online so give us a call 407-350-5333. Same day reservations are welcome however we may not have inventory to accommodate your needs. We suggest reserving at least 2 weeks in advance to we can guarantee we can accommodate your travel needs.


What if I need to cancel my reservation?
  • We understand. Sometimes travel does not always go as planned. Please call us at 407-350-5333 to cancel. You will be refunded 100% as long as you cancel 48 hours prior to the reservation date. If you cancel within the 48 hour window you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.

What if some part of my rental breaks or accessory is lost while in my possession?
  • You will not be responsible for regular wear and tear. If the damages are not that of normal wear and tear you will be responsible for replacement of part(s). If you lose a rain cover the replacement is $30. If something breaks, please call us right away so we can get a replacement rental to you immediately. It's important to us that you are operating safe equipment.

What time do I have to return my Rental on my Return day??
  • You Tell us, we are flexible. We offer 24/7 delivery/pick up so you let us know what time you will be done with it and that is when it will be picked up. Nope, there is no extra charge and long as it is anytime on your pick up day!! 

What does purchasing insurance cover?
  • If you purchase insurance from us it covers any damages to equipment that might have occurred while the rental was in your possession. It covers lost accessories or parts. Insurance will not cover damages for misuse of equipment.

What if I want to extend my rental?
  • No problem, just give us a call. We just need to confirm that the rental is available for extra days. If you keep your rental longer without making arrangements you will be charged $25 per day. 

When I made my reservation, I requested the wrong dates, what do I do?
  • Don't worry, that's why we contact you after you make your reservation. We want to make sure your delivery location and dates are correct. You are always welcome to call or email us if anything changes prior to your reservation day.

  • I always say no one will care as much for my child and their things as much as I do because Mom just knows best. We are not just thinking of the safety of your child, we are thinking of the worried parent the fears their child getting sick while away from home on vacation. We take pride in providing clean quality products to our customers and we guarantee it. Many companies will just steam clean their items which will kill most bacteria but doesn't remove dirt, body fluids, and whatever other messes children love to make. Our car seats are broken down completely, even the straps. Everything is washed in a high temp hypoallergenic detergent. Bases, buckle, and every inch is cleaned with a child safe anti-baterial that kills 99.9% of germs including the Flu virus. Our Strollers are cleaned with a simalar process. All removable fabrics are removed and washed. Every non material surface including the wheels and under storage is safely cleaned with a safe anti baterial that kills germs. Each Stroller is shampooed to remove any dirt, messes, or accidents before sanitizing. From foot rest to sun covers we guarantee a safely clean stroller every time. 

Can I have my rental dropped off and picked up from different locations?
  • Absolutely. We like to accommodate our customers in any way we can. As long at the locations are in the Orlando area, no problem. Just let us know!!!
